A grievous plague and invading host are used of the LORD as a warning of a greater day of darkness and judgment. Yet the LORD calleth His people to turn unto Him with all the heart, promising to restore wasted years, pour out His Spirit, and dwell in Zion. This word still calleth sinners to repentance and saints to steadfast hope.
