This holy record setteth forth a righteous sufferer sorely tried in body, substance, and soul, while unseen dealings in heaven prove his faith. It revealeth the vanity of man’s counsel, the majesty of the Almighty, the need to repent in dust and ashes, and the blessed latter end of them that fear God and keep their integrity.
