TAOVBSI
இவ்விதமாக வானமும் பூமியும், அவைகளின் சர்வசேனையும் உண்டாக்கப்பட்டுத் தீர்ந்தன. Ivvitamāka vāṉamum pūmiyum, avaikaḷiṉ carvacēṉaiyum uṇṭākkappaṭṭut tīrntaṉa. Thus the heavens and the earth and their hosts were created and finished.
Thus the heavens and the earth and their hosts were created and finished.
The Seventh Day—God Rest
The Seventh Day—God Rest
Thus the heavens and the earth and their hosts were created and finished.
God completed his work on the seventh day and rested on the seventh day after completing all his works that he had created.
God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it because God had rested on it after completing all His works of creation.
Man and Woman in the Garden
The First Man - Adam
These are the history of the creation of the heavens and the earth on the day when the Lord God created the earth and the heavens.
All the plants of the earth had not yet grown on the earth, and all the plants of the earth had not yet sprouted; Because the Lord God has not yet caused rain to fall on the earth; There was no man to cultivate the land.
Then a mist arose from the earth and drenched the whole earth.
The Lord God created man from the dust of the earth, breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul.
God’s Garden - Tree of Life & Knowledge
The Lord God made a garden called Eden in the east and placed the people he had created in it.
The Lord God made all kinds of trees that are beautiful to look at and good for food grow out of the earth, the tree of life in the middle of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
A river flowed from Eden to water the garden, and from there it divided into four great rivers.
The first river was called the Bison, and it ran round the whole land of Air; Gold will be produced there.
The gold of that land is good; There is Pithol and Gomedhakkal in that place.
The second river is called Kegon, and it runs through the whole land of Ethiopia.
The name of the third river is Itechel, and it flows to the east of Assyria; The fourth river is called Ibratu.
The Lord God brought man into the Garden of Eden to cultivate and protect it.
The Lord God said to the man: You may eat the fruit of every tree in the garden.
But do not eat the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil; He commanded that the day you eat it you will die.
The First Woman - Eve
Then the Lord God said: It is not good for man to be alone, but I will make him a suitable companion.
The Lord God made of the dust all the beasts of the field, and all the birds of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would do to them; Whatever name Adam gave to the respective living creatures, that was their name.
So Adam named all the beasts of the land, the birds of the air, and all the beasts of the field; Adam has yet to find a suitable partner.
Then the Lord God gave Adam a deep sleep, and he fell asleep; He took one of his ribs and stuffed the place with flesh.
The Lord God made man from the rib which he took from man and brought her to man.
Then Adam said: She is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; He said, "What will become of Manushi as she is taken from Manushan?"
For this cause shall a man leave his father and his mother, and cleave unto his wife; They will become one flesh.
Naked - Not Ashamed
Both Adam and his wife were naked and not ashamed.
