GRK ΘΕΟΣ
[] Και ειπε Κυριος προς τον Νωε, Εισελθε συ, και πας ο οικος σου, εις την κιβωτον· διοτι σε ειδον δικαιον ενωπιον μου εν τη γενεα ταυτη· [] Kai eipe Kyrios pros ton Noe, Eiselthe sy, kai pas o oikos sou, eis tin kivoton: dioti se eidon dikaion enopion mou en ti genea tafti: [] And the Lord said to Noah, Enter thou, and thy household, into the ark: for I have seen thee righteous before me in this generation;

The Great Flood
[] And the Lord said to Noah, Enter thou, and thy household, into the ark: for I have seen thee righteous before me in this generation;
Of all the clean cattle, take for yourself seven by seven, the male and its female; and of the unclean cattle, two each, male and its female.
and of the fowls of the air seven by seven, male and female; to preserve seed upon the face of all the earth;
because after seven days I bring rain on the earth for forty days and forty nights; and I will wipe out from the face of the earth everything that exists, which I have wrought.
[] And Noah did according to all that the Lord commanded him.
And Noah was six hundred years old, when the flood of waters took place on the earth.
And Noah, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him entered the ark, because of the waters of the flood.
Of the clean beasts, and of the unclean beasts, and of the fowls, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth,
Two by two they entered the ark to Noah, male and female, as God commanded Noah.
And after the seven days, the waters of the flood came upon the earth.
[] In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great abyss were opened, and the waterfalls of the heavens were opened.
And it rained on the earth for forty days and forty nights.
[] On this same day, Noah, and Noah's sons, Shem and Ham and Japheth, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, entered the ark;
they, and every living thing after its kind, and every beast after its kind, and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth after its kind, and every bird after its kind, and every feathered thing of every kind.
And they entered to Noah in the ark, two by two from all flesh that has the spirit of life.
And those who entered, male and female of all flesh, entered, as God commanded him; and the Lord closed the ark again.
[] And there was a forty-day flood upon the earth; and the waters multiplied, and lifted up the ark, and it was raised above the earth.
And the waters were stirred up, and they multiplied fiercely upon the earth; and the ark was brought upon the surface of the waters.
And the waters prevailed fiercely on the earth, and all the mountains were covered, the high and the under all of the sky.
The waters rose fifteen fathoms above, and covered the mountains.
[] And all flesh died that moved on the earth, birds and cattle and animals, and all creeping things that creep on the earth, and every human being.
Of all the creatures on land, all that had the breath of life in their mouths, died.
And everything that was on the face of the earth disappeared, from man to beast, to reptile and to bird of the sky, and they disappeared from the earth; only Noah remained, and those who were with him in the ark.
And the waters rested on the earth for one hundred and fifty days.
