'āsemāne mote'allegh be to 'ast va zamin niz mote'allegh be to hast. donyā va pari 'ān rā tu bonyāde nahādhāye.
The sky belongs to you and the earth belongs to you. The world and its full on the foundation of institutions.
تو از ازل بنیاد زمین را نهادی و آسمانها کار دستان تو هستند.
to 'az 'azal bonyāde zamin rā nahādi va 'āsemānhā kār dastāne to hastand.
From the eternity of the Earth Foundation, and the heavens are the work of your hands.

پس یهوه، خدا که آسمانها را آفرید و آنها را بسط داد، او که زمین و نتایج آن را گسترانید، او که جان را به مردمی که بر آن زندگی میکنند و روح را بر آنانی که بر آن (در پیروی از یهوه) ، راه میروند، اهدا مینماید، چنین میگوید،

So Jehovah, God who created the heavens and expanded them, he spread the earth and its results, the one who lives to the people on which they live and the soul on those on which they follow (followed by Jehovah).

For Jehovah, who created the heavens, he is God, he who forgives the earth and made it sustainable, he did not create it in vain, he said, "I say," I say, I say. I'm Jehovah and no other.

He built the earth with his own power and stabilized the world with his wisdom and expanded the sky with his intellect.
